As a former Wisconsin Cheesehead, I have been following Brett Favre's career for many years. He was born on October 10 1969 at 2:38 PM. When I first did his chart, I read that he was born in Pass Christian, Mississippi, which gave him 29 degree Capricorn 54 rising. However, it is now reported that he was born in Gulfport Mississippi, which gives him 00 Aquarius 02 rising. This seems to me to be a better fit for his unexpected, sudden twists and turns that we have witnessed in the last few years.
I have constructed a triple chart, with the inner wheel the natal, the middle on the relocated progressed chart, and the outer wheel is for this Sunday when they face the Pittsburgh Steelers.
However, going back to his tearful retirement speech on March 6, 2008, when he announced that he would not be coming back to Green Bay, (after all, anyone with five planets in Libra is bound to change their mind ONCE in awhile). At any rate, transiting Mars came up to 00 Cancer 40 then and formed a T-square to his natal Mercury at 00 Libra 22 and transiting Pluto at 00 Capricorn 57; a pretty powerful and compelling aspect for throwing in the towel. Besides that, Jupiter then at 16 Capricorn 32 was squaring his natal Jupiter and Sun at 16 and 17 of Libra.
Fast forward to this year, and we saw that he made another sudden decision and signed a two year contract with the Minnesota Vikings on August 18 for $25 million. Interestingly enough, notice that his natal Pluto is at that number..25 Virgo. This happened as his progressed Moon came up to 05 Aries 22 and opposed his natal Uranus at 05 Libra. He has had a fantastic year so far, as for the first time in his long career, his new team is 6 and 0. There are a few important aspects that have helped him find success on his new journey.
One of the biggest is progressed Mars at 10 Aquarius 57 in his 1st house that trines his natal Moon at 10 Libra 11.
At the same time transiting Jupiter (the lucky planet) now at 17 Aquarius 26 also in his 1st house trines his natal Sun at 17 Libra 19 on his 9th house cusp (the natural house of Jupiter). How lucky was he when they won the game with the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday? With two seconds on the clock, the Ravens missed a field goal which would have given them the win; but instead, they lost by 2 points..33 to 31.
Now that transiting Pluto has moved past the square of his natal Mercury, it is slowly coming up to trine his progressed Saturn (old age) in his 3rd house. And at 40 years old, they keep referring to it, and call him the old man of the team!
This Sunday, as they play Pittsburgh, transiting Mercury comes up to 25 Libra 26 in Brett's 9th house and conjoins his progressed Jupiter. They both are still within the trine to transiting Neptune at 23 Aquarius 43 R ; also in his 1st house.
His progressed Part of fortune is at 26 Cancer 08 in the 6th house of work and trines his natal Neptune at 26 Scorpio 59 in the 11th house of his hopes and wishes.
So what happened??? I think the aspect I didn't think would be very important is what did Brett in. That is transiting Venus, the ruler of the stellium of his five planets in Libra came up to 13 Libra 23 in his 8th house, and was past the exact square of his natal Mars at 12 Capricorn 36 in the 12th. And because it was already a degree past the square, and he had such other good aspects, I didn't think it would be that debilitating; but evidently it certainly was, as he just didn't look that sharp.

All of this should be good enough to give him a victory Sunday. At least, I hope so..But
then again, the movie.. Any Given Sunday comes to mind!
OCTOBER 26Tomorrow, November 1st, he faces the Packers in Green Bay, as Venus moves up to 22 Libra. The bad thing is that it squares his natal Part of fortune at 22 Capricorn 54 in his 12th house. But at the same time, it trines retrograde Neptune at 23 Aquarius in his 1st house. Of course, this is true for everyone, as is transiting Mars at 7 Leo 36 which squares Mercury at 07 Scorpio 25. However, Mars in his 7th house might refer to others and not him personally. The best thing he has going for him is transiting Saturn which has changed signs on October 29th, and comes up to 00 Libra 20, conjunct his natal Mercury by 2 minutes and goes on to trine his ascendant at 00 Aquarius 02. We shall soon know how this all plays out for him, as he goes back to his old town and his old team to play against them for the first time.!
