 The natal chart shows us when life begins, but to see when life ends is usually a totally unknown mystery. However, someone who was very influential in my life died Monday evening, on June 9th, and it is amazing to see how his chart unfolded, and foretold the event. I thought you might be interested to see how it was revealed, so I am sharing my findings with you. The birth date is November 24, 1922..Plover Iowa..2:30 PM. I constructed a triple chart, with the inner ring the natal; the middle wheel the relocated progressed chart, and the outer ring the transit chart.

                                                                       

First of all, I turn all of the numbers in a chart into ages. You do this up to 30 years old (because there are 30 degrees in a sign). To advance in years, you simply add 30 to the original degrees to get to the middle years in a life, and add another 30 to that to get to the older years. So the first obvious number we see is Mercury in this chart is at 25 Scorpio 05 in the 8th house of life and death and squares the 12th house cusp at 25 Aquarius 18. In age, this adds up to (30 + 30+ 25) 85 years old, which was his age. I call this the age arc method of prediction. So this tells us that at that age, for that year, this square will have the strongest impact on his life.

The next marker is progressed Mars at 20 Aires 16 in the 1st house forming a T-square with transiting retrograde Jupiter at 20 Capricorn 57and progressed retrograde Saturn at 19 Libra16. Furthermore, transiting Saturn (the grim reaper) at 2 Virgo 51 in the 6th house of health was squaring his natal Sun and retrograde Venus at 1 and 2 degrees of Sagittarius, also in the 8th house.

So that all set the stage, for the faster moving transiting Mars (the chart ruler - accidents) as it came up to 16 Leo to conjoin progressed Neptune (hospitals), the progressed part of fortune at that degree, and went on to form a T-square to the Moon at 15 Aquarius 10 and natal Mars at 17 Aquarius 50, and progressed Jupiter (his Sun sign ruler-rules the hips) at 18 Scorpio 34, only a degree from his natal 8th house cusp.

So how this played out was that he fell and broke his hip and was in the   hospital on the 8th, as the Mars conjoined Neptune. The next day, as Mars moved up to 17 Leo (rules the heart) to further tighten and emphasize the T-square, he had surgery and a partial hip replacement (Jupiter). The surgery went well, and a recovery looked eminent.

However, at 7PM on the 9th, the transiting Moon came up to 12 Virgo in the 6th house to oppose progressed Uranus at 12 Pisces 42 in the 12 house and his heart suddenly gave out and he just suddenly passed away. Everyone was in shock, but a few weeks ago I suspected that this was coming, and it would be the time to say goodbye; and it was.

Another interesting  observation is that my Saturn is at 17 degrees of Aquarius and conjunct my friend's Mars, which ties into his chart and the aspects that triggered the event. I have known this person since I was 20 years old, and I feel that this was a karmic bond between us, as after not having much connection together for many years, we were suddenly thrust together again for the last three years,or so. So there was definitely some unfinished business having to do with responsibility (on my part) that had to be taken care of; and with the timing and event of his death, that debt has been paid and I am released from it.

At any rate, I thought that by sharing this story with you, it might give you some food for thought as you go about delineating your own charts; at least I hope  it has!
