Our world changed forever last week on Tuesday, September 11^th as cowardly terrorists unleashed their hatred and venom upon us. There were numerous astrological clues pointing to a warlike situation developing then that were evident in numerous U.S.^th charts! The chart I follow the most closely is the one for the Articles of Confederation. However the July 4 chart, which I consider the conception chart of our country, as well as the Solar Return chart looked ominous.   

Let's backtrack to the Saturn, Jupiter conjunction of May 28^th 2000 at 22 Taurus 41. George Bush was now the one who was under what we known as the Tecumseh Curse. Even though it happened before Bush was even nominated, I still felt that it would affect him. And we now know that last September, he certainly was one of the main targets.

The Articles of Confederation was signed on November 15, 1777 at 12:46 pm in York Pennsylvania. We see that the natal Sun at 23 Scorpio 46 (the symbol is the eagle) in the 9^th house forms a T-square to the ascendant and descendant at 22 degrees and 42 minutes of Aquarius and Leo respectively, with both natal and progressed Jupiter close to the 7th house cusp.
 

 

                                            

 

 As transiting Uranus (electricity) was coming down to the ascendant to reinforce the T-square, we went through the power shortage crisis. And as I watched all of this unfold, I also realized that last time this explosive planet was at 23 degrees of Aquarius (83 years ago) to trigger this T-square was when we declared war against Germany, on April 6^th, 1917. I wrote two articles about this and thought that this time though, terrorism would be the more serious threat. So that slow moving planet set the stage for what was to come.

The next aspect I was watching was progressed U.S. Mars at 29 Gemini 17 which came up within 3 minutes of arc to conjunct the progressed north node at 29 Gemini 20, both conjunct the 5^th house cusp. This goes on to square natal U.S. Neptune at 28 Virgo 43. So the stage was set, and when the transiting Moon on September 11^th at 8:45am came up to 28 Gemini 04 and triggered the square into operation, the attack began.

 It is interesting that in Rex Bill’s Rulership Book, some of the keywords are very telling in describing what happened. Mars rules attacks, warfare, sharp objects, such as knives, massacres, iron and steel workers and the military services.

The 5^th house is linked with the national economy, as it rules speculation, stock brokering, stock exchanges, sporting events, sports arenas and stadiums, and the entertainment industry. He also lists this house on a mundane level as public happiness or sorrow, and children who lost parents. One brokerage firm, Cantor and Fitzgerald lost 700 people alone. All of the professional sporting events were canceled over the next weekend, as well as the Miss America Pageant parade, the T.V. Emmy awards, and some scheduled new shows. And of course, countless children lost their parents.

The Gemini connection brought in the duality involved in it all, such as 4 planes being involved in attacking numerous buildings, which the twin towers of the WTC were part of.

The progressed U.S. south node in Sagittarius on the 11^th house of politics, friends, and the aims and objectives of our nation, of course, received the opposition of the aforementioned Mars conjunct the north node. In Mundane astrology, the 11^th house rules institutions needed to govern. This includes the Legislature, Congress, State level governing bodies, advisory groups, enacted legislation, national allies and long-term goals.

Under Sagittarius, Rex Bills Rulership Book lists Arabia, and religious organizations. In the house of friendships, President Bush said very emphatically that the other nations will either be for us or against us, and that there will be no middle ground!

Another important planetary grouping that played a part in this whole scenario was progressed Mercury at 14 degrees of Gemini, as it moved up to conjunct natal Uranus at the same degree, with transiting Saturn also at 14 degrees of Gemini; all in the 4^th house of our home and foundation. Remember, Saturn rules public and government buildings and also cement.

Usama bin Laden’s birthdate was listed on the Interpol web site as March 10, 1957 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I rectified the time to 10:37am as this certainly ties into the other charts so perfectly. This time puts his Mercury, Venus and Sun in Pisces in the 10th house. His Mercury forms a T-square to the ascendant and descendant which points to his fundamentalist fanatic views, which his family disowned him for in 1994. In the house of career, he has made his militant views his business-as he became the current CEO of terrorism in the world.

Notice the position of his natal north node-23 Scorpio 06 minutes, which ties into the natal Sun in the Articles of Confederation chart. This reinforces the T-square that transiting Uranus is making in the U.S. chart to the Sun, ascendant, descendant, and natal and progressed Jupiter near by.

And remember, the Jupiter, Saturn conjunction of last year at 22 Taurus ties into Bin Laden’s south node in his hidden 12^th house.

This time puts his natal Moon at 29 Gemini55 which so ties into the progressed U.S. Mars conjunct the progressed U.S. north node and the 5^th house cusp we have already looked at.

For those of you who follow the July 4, 1776 chart, there are many ties found in it also. For example, Bin Laden’s natal Sun at 19 Pisces 29 squares that chart’s natal Mars at 20 only a degree further, which goes on to square that natal Neptune at 22 Virgo 24 in that U.S. 5th house.

The transiting nodes at 2 Cancer16 and Capricorn have affected that chart’s natal Venus at 2 Cancer 21, which refers to our homeland, and our money and values. Transiting Mars that morning at 1 Capricorn 27 was coming up to add its input, as the destruction surely stopped business as usual.

 It strikes me that the progressed Moon in that chart at 21 Taurus 27 is coming up to the same placement as the Saturn Jupiter conjunction last year. I still worry about that Tecumseh curse, so it seems to me that we really need to protect the president in the next two months.

Another interesting tie in all 3 charts we have looked at is that in the Article’s chart the progressed Sun is at 5 Cancer 51 also in the 5^th house. This position is conjunct the natal Jupiter in the July 4^th chart-in the 2^nd house of money. In the bin Laden chart for that birth-time, that position is on his 2nd house cusp of values and money. This incident has brought out our patriotic instincts, as we see that everyone has come together, and the American flag is now flying, just everywhere. Bin Laden’s progressed Sun at 3 Taurus 23 near his 12^th house makes a T-square to his natal Uranus at 3 Leo 17, which goes on to square the July 4^th chart’s progressed Saturn at 3 Scorpio 24. This might tell us that he has just awakened a sleeping giant, as he has stepped over the line, and simply gone too far this time.

 Transiting Jupiter last Tuesday was at 11 Cancer35 coming up to conjunct the natal Sun of the July chart, which is 12 Cancer 44. This goes on to square the natal Saturn of the chart at 14 Libra 47-the same position that transiting Mercury came to, on the day of the bombings. And in an event chart for the time of the first bombing, the ascendant for New York was also at 14 degrees of Libra.

 Notice that transiting Pluto at 12 Sagittarius 38 in the 7^th house of open enemies T-squares the 5th and 11^th house cusps, which has brought about a total transformation in our country from their deadly deads .

 Perhaps the most important thing which ties Bin Laden into that whole chart, and scenario can be seen in the progressed Sun position in the July 4^th chart, which is 26 Aquarius 12, which conjuncts Bin Laden’s natal mid-heaven. This not only opposes his 4^th house of his home. But brings in his natal Pluto and progressed Pluto only a degree away, at 27 Leo 59. This ties into us needing to flush him out of his hiding places.

 The most interesting tie into the Articles’ chart is that Bin Laden’s progressed Moon has come to at 23 Aquarius 46 minutes which ties into the transiting Uranus T-square we originally examined.

 And furthermore, his natal Saturn at 14 Sagittarius 09 opposes the Article’s natal line up we have also already described. That is the natal Uranus at 14 Gemini 05, progressed Mercury at that same degree, with transiting Saturn also at that same position.

 A Solar return chart for the Article's chart also ties into what happened. In it Mercury at 4 Scorpio 35 in the 7^th house of enemies squares Neptune at 4 Aquarius 04 in the 11^th. The 3 degrees of Aquarius and Leo on the 5^th and 11^th house cusps ties into Bin Laden’s progressed Sun at 3 Taurus which squares his Uranus at 3 Leo, which forms a fixed cross. This ties into the sudden disruption of the financial markets, which did indeed happen. Today, as Venus (money) came up to 25 degrees of Leo, which is conjunct the Article’s Jupiter at that same degree, in the natural 5th house sign of speculation, and triggering the T-square in that chart that we have already described, the market sold off and dropped 684 points and lost about 6 or7 percent of its value, or 20 billion dollars of market value.
